1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bk444 ("bk444", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bk444 website at https://bk444.im and all associated services, platforms, software, mobile interfaces, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the bk444 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or using any game or service available on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

bk444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Use of the bk444 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bk444 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not as an agent, proxy, or representative for any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended bk444 account. Each individual is permitted one registered account only.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of bk444, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are acting with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

bk444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used before withdrawals are processed or at any point determined necessary by bk444's compliance team.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your bk444 account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. bk444 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

You agree to:

• Keep your bk444 login username and password strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Enable one-time password (OTP) two-factor authentication where available to add an additional layer of protection to your account.
• Notify bk444 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access, a security breach, or loss of control over your account credentials.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Ensure that all personal details held on your account remain accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered name, date of birth, or primary payment method must be verified by the bk444 compliance team.

bk444 reserves the right to carry out identity, address, and payment verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to cooperate with a verification request within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of account access and withholding of any pending withdrawal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bk444 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction.

All deposits are credited to your bk444 wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. bk444 does not accept third-party deposits — the name on the payment method used must match the name on your registered bk444 account.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. bk444 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of request approval; actual transfer times depend on the payment provider and may vary. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must be fully KYC-verified before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes withdrawable.
• bk444 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawals above ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same account are not permitted without written approval from the bk444 compliance team.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bk444 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General bonus conditions applicable to all bk444 promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account without compensation.
• bk444 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from any player at its sole discretion, including in cases where it suspects the player is attempting to exploit or abuse the promotion.
• Certain game categories (for example, low-margin table games or specific live casino titles) may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — toward satisfying wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Players may only participate in each promotion once unless the promotion is explicitly designated as a recurring or reload offer.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the bk444 Platform.

bk444 takes bonus abuse seriously. Coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

bk444 offers sports betting markets (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other disciplines), live casino games (including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Andar Bahar, and Dragon Tiger), slot games, and crash games. Each product category is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform. By participating in any game or market, you agree to the applicable game rules.

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. bk444 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except where a technical error on the Platform is demonstrated and verified by the bk444 technical team.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a live game or sports market, bk444 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the respective players.
• Odds and game return-to-player (RTP) rates are determined by the relevant game provider and are subject to change. Current RTPs are available on request from bk444 support.
• For cricket and other sports markets, settlement follows the official result declared by the relevant sporting body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of a match being abandoned or interrupted, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are specified on the Platform and may differ between sports, game types, and player tiers.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bk444 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Opening more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using a bk444 account for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, verification, or any communication with bk444.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or AI tools to automate betting, game play, or any interaction with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities on the Platform. Any player who identifies a bug must report it to bk444 support immediately; exploiting a known bug is a breach of this Agreement.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.
• Conducting charge-backs or payment reversals on completed bk444 transactions through your payment provider.
• Accessing the Platform while self-excluded or during a cooling-off period imposed by bk444 or self-requested by the player.
• Allowing any third party to use your bk444 account or acting as a proxy for another person.

8 Responsible Gaming

bk444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to help players manage their activity on the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 7-day cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session duration warnings and logouts to help manage your time on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). Your account remains registered but inaccessible for gambling during this time.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bk444 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game assets, software, database structures, user interface designs, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bk444 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bk444 content without prior written consent.
• Use any bk444 branding, trademarks, or game assets for commercial purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any bk444 software or game engine.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or application.

Any unauthorised use of bk444 intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may be subject to civil or criminal legal action.

10 Privacy & Data

bk444 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and Platform usage is used for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes. bk444 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers with access controls in place.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations subsequently identified and corrected by bk444 in accordance with these Terms.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

bk444's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with a single incident shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments & Governing Law

bk444 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, bk444 will provide advance notice to registered players via email or on-platform notification. The updated Terms & Conditions will specify the date they take effect.

If you disagree with any amended terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the bk444 Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Agreement.

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in the English language. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the internal dispute resolution process operated by bk444. Players may contact the support team in the first instance to seek resolution. bk444 aims to resolve all disputes within 14 working days of a formal complaint being submitted in writing.
